Then insert your custom ice snake block graphics using this:

I put SubNohara.nmt over tileset 2 and for some reason part of the old castle sprite is still there. Has anyone else had this problem?

You must edit the respective models in the polygon_unit folder. I think the files are called “toride” and something else…

When I enter World 1-2, I have nothing but the title and it cannot load the level itself. And for every button I push, it never moves!

Thanks for everybody's attention. I have now found a solution (perhaps not at all satisfying), which is restart the making of the whole level 1-2 on a new ROM.
Anyone, who is interested at this sort of problems, may continue to investigate and find the bug or glitch or problem or whatever out of NSMBe, or that ROM (impossible?).
One more thing, I will post the finished Old Super Mario Bros. hack if I can finish it (that's the key word).

I think that happened a few times when I first tried inserting ASM hacks, have you done this by any chance?
Edit: Alright, imported the NMP and it's still broken. I'll look at it in the editor, as it's obv not ASM.

Edit 2: Yeah... dunno. I'll keep looking into it.

Stuff like new power-ups is pretty hard to realize but it might still be possible (With all the stuff there is already made, I am pretty sure something like this is definetly possible). Anyway, it would require a shitload of ASM code and probably new files. I am not an ASM expert myself but I beleive it can be achieved, though it would be hard. Probably the only people currently able to do this would be  skawo and  MeroMero.

The two other warps and switches didn't work either, but it doesn't matter because they aren't used yet and because the problem is fixed. I fixed it by lowering the star select select view (I've got no idea of why it didn't work before but it's not important). Also, wavy transition does work when warping in the same area.

Okay, so I've tried importing ASM hacks to my rom, but there is one problem, it adds them as if it had no problem, whe I hit run and make an insert, but then I try and open the rom, and it just sits on a white screen... am I doing something wrong?

1) I know this sounds crazy, but is there a way to take a function/code/whatever from one DS game and put it in another? (Example: Take the cutscene code from Mario Party DS and add it into NSMBDS)

2) Is it possible to create a second credits sequence for whatever reason and set it to activate, let's say, after you beat a certain level?
