You should adjust those a bit, as most of this appears to be a straight copypasta from Riivolution. Some of the things that apply to NSMBWii don't apply to NSMBDS (namely that Spinning log sprite).
I'm also tempted to make another rule. Next person who releases a 'New Super Mario Bros. N' hack gets banned. Or well, not that strict, we're not Jul, but the general lack of originality around here is tiring. _________________________ Kuribo64 - zrghij |

Today the newsql branch is going live. This is a great fact for ABXD, as the newsql branch uses nice prepared SQL queries with a flexible syntax instead of hardcoded SQL, so it'll make certain things much easier to work with.
When reading that geekspeak, you may be thinking, that's nice but what does it mean for me normal user? Well, nothing as of now. Later on, features may be implemented faster, but for now, nothing. Aside from one detail. The newsql branch has been checked and there should be no exploits. However, if you find one, we highly recommend that you report them to us. I think the effect is hardcoded. What it seems to do is, render Mario without textures, all white. And then toon shading is used to give him rainbowy colors. The toon colors table is periodically updated to make the rainbow change.
You'll notice that emulators that don't support toon shading (ie NO$GBA's opengl renderer) will render Mario all white. _________________________ Kuribo64 - zrghij |
