In enemy\jump_step.nsbmd(spring board graphic), I don't see the whole spring board, why?

the spring board nsbmd contains only the textures when you open it. You cant see the whole model We changed it to Goomba -> Export the goomba boss nsbmd and import it into jump_step.nsbmd

Yep, we did it like ray said. But we are going to change it, because a Goomba does not look good as a springboard.

You can also change it to something you would like with ELMario's 3D modelling tutorial, I think.

Yes but the jump height is stored in the model. I mean you cant just change it. You can make a very small model and you jump very high. I have no idea how to set a height.

Which revision is the most recommended or works best right now to edit graphics? (Without compress/decompress bug)

I am using the r249 for that. But you can use any revision < 290, I think.
But don't download the source. It might have already the bugged class-files.
Download the builds here. They are good I think.

Why when I import a image for tileset, they're not all in the same pallete?
Also, how can I avoid it??

They are not in the same palette, because it needs more colors than 256, I think.
To avoid this, you can import the image with the texture editor.
But be warned: The color quality of your Tileset might be worse that before.
