Question, and sorry for the late bump, but do you really need to compress the rom into a patch? I've been having trouble with Xdelta with no clue why. I can create the patch, but the folks who want to play it can't get it working. I've been doing it right too. I just posted a link for a zip file with the full rom, so the folks could play it without any long delay

what if you do a hack and it doesn't get approved so you delete screenshots and don't have a new name for it yet because you are doing somthing diffrent im asking this because thats my case right now
