So I'm back to hacking and I need help finding an edited Jyotyo and Sub Nahara tilesets. I remember finding ones that had a NSMBWii/U style and want help finding them. I can't seem to find it and I don't remember who posted it and the instructions

What this does is it imports not only newer Jyotyu and Subnohara graphics, but has tons of ASM hacks along side it. If you don't want that and just the jyotyu, Mero Mero has a thread posted on that too somewhere.

you'll probably want to use the ones that were posted in the "Rips from Newer SMB Titles" thread (https://nsmbhd.net/thread/1685-rips-from-newer-nsmb-titles/?from=220#49223 and https://nsmbhd.net/thread/1685-rips-from-newer-nsmb-titles/?from=120#39839). The xdelta patch contains a certain asm hack (dedicated graphics by areas) that is very confusing to use and isn't recommended if you don't need it.

Thanks guys! I would also need help on how to edit and create my own tiles, since I want the background brick texture from NSMBWii (Sky) Castles and a tileset I found has those but the pallet is broken and is glitched...

I'm actually working on a port of the NSMBU tileset no ASM required. It will be a NSMBe patch or folder patch method.

yeah mariofanatic64 did it for endless earth. you could also try using the one in newer ds, but I think that one requires not yet released asm hacks to work properly.
