1 word: RANDOMIZATION,
Some tilesets have random graphics for different tiles, I think that may be what is wrong.

Just try importing it over a new slot, it might work.

To expand on what SaturnYoshi said;

you have to make sure you put the tiles in the same places as the original tilesets, so the randomisation is where you want it (the top and middle tiles - not the edge tiles or blocks)

edit 2020-03-16: wall tiles sometimes have randomisation too

The mountain tileset was the last one which I missed. I was too lazy to rip it by myself
And the one by TRS had no decoration, so I will use this one. Looks really cool!
