To clear it up.

1. In some prerelease versions some actions had different animations corresponding to them.
2. Animations for Mario & Luigi are stored in their model's animation files.

I thought only Mega Mario had a different animation, or are you talking about the beta moves like backflip?

I don't know what specific animation [whoever started this conversation] was talking about.

But there were some changes in what animations were used for what, at least.

That one patch quite old, but should be applicable on a US ROM.

You didn't precise much what was your problem with the patch tough. Does it fail importing, or does it work on US ROMs but won't then the ROM won't load?

I see I wasn't wrong. You can import the overlay9_0 from another clean ROM and replace the patched ROM's. It should fix it.

i got my (U) and (E) Rom from Emuparadise.

My problem:
The rom wont load.
Used the patch on (U) and (E) and they didn't work.

Any other rom types that work?
BTW: The patch doesn't fail importing

The underwater background you made is really just a recolor of the previous version we had unfortunately.
For the HUD you made I guess it's the one that was already made with the thin numbers font, it's great, we just have to change the colors pallette to make it look orange/yellow instead of red
(btw is it the one I uploaded on page 22? that'd be cool xD)

I don't think it was necessary to rip those. In the Japanese version of NSMBDS, all English texts (like Mario Clear and Luigi Clear) are CAPITAL LETTERS (MARIO CLEAR and LUIGI CLEAR).

I'm not sure about that. I've listened to the voice samples of NSMBDS and SM64DS sometime, and it's clearly noticable that those of SM64DS have a lower quality than those of NSMBDS.
