See the numbers at the end of each section? All of those are links that lead to scans of various NSMB articles

We will. Some partial translations have talked about more than one koopa shell powerup. They will likely name the worlds that screenshots appear in. What makes you think their is nothing in all these different pieces of text written while the game was in development?

We don't know anything about development apart from what we can see in pictures or what was written in nintendo power.

If we want more information, we need to translate some of this Japanese material.

it appears in the 2005 trailer, it was very short and i think there wasn't any underground level, just field, desert, underwater and fortress, but that was a demo so i don't know...
