Hey, that looks really good! I like the NSMB2 graphics and your progress bar. But I have to admit that the font in the "Choose mode" is hard to read.

For the progress bar is one of the things that came to my best. However if you refer directly to the message "Choose a mode", I think you better see the other, more than anything else are the other not seen well.

Looks very good for a first hack IMO!
Everything in the graphics looks good and polished, keep it up! However, I'd really like to see a video just to look at the level design and all. And also, you should not make Peach's castle on a floating platform in the title screen BG, I believe in Mario's physics-breaking ability, but it will look weird to see him running on nothing in the intro cutscene, just a nitpick tough as no one cares for it anymore, as far as I'm aware. _________________________ STEAM ID: Nymphali Festif | SKYPE: superrainboom |

Wow! I really like your Desert background. It is much better than the one I posted on the Rips from Newer NSMB Titles thread. Your other graphics are also nice. I'd also like to see a video

Thanks for the compliments. There is a path near the castle of Peach, who only came to the right. I will post a video of level 2-1. The background of the desert came better only because it is lower, even though your not come bad.

That progress bar imported well. It sure does look impressive. IMO it still needs to be polished a bit, but you can only notice that when looking closely so you can ignore it.
Good-looking hack. Nice work for a first one. Posted by Hypernova99  Is it just me or that bottom BG was taken from NSMB2 DS? Just wondering. |

As several others have said, looks good to me, I shall certainly give it try at some point! I daresay it is nice to *finally* have some new hacks posted. It makes me quite happy to know that this Site's ROM hacking community lives on.

According to Google, the image came from deviantart.com, however this does not matter. What I wanted to ask you if I have to give credit or I can use it normally?

A one-level video is perfectly fine. Don't worry about it.
Nice level by the way, but you should customise the quicksand animation a bit so it loops somehow. EDIT: Oh also you should make the bottom screen mushroom flag smaller so it fits on the bar. |
