It's actually forbidden to share ROMs so if you want to have the hack you have to patch it.

Sharing (spread a copy of) a ROM in any context is illegal.
Even in Brazil (BR Penal Code, §184).

But, if there is a computer running the Linux operating system, try use the xdelta.
I believe there is a Unix-like version. Or consider the possibility of install Windows on another partition, or even in virtual mode. Can be the Win XP. Anyway, Hypernova99 does not have a complete version yet. We all are very excited by this game. But the game is still under construction.

While this, there is much time to solve this small little problem.
You can experiment other finished hacks in this forum too.

Do not give up. I believe you will find a legal solution until there.
