I don't use the F5 button at all, either.
That's why gridatttack kept beating me off when it came to earning badges. |

It does that because the Sprite "End-of-Level-Flag" is the end point of the level.
Example: You have two view. The first is placed on top of the other one. There is the "End-of-Level-Flag" on the top view. The bottom view is longer than the top one. Mario will stop walking on the bottom view, when the "End-of-Level-Flag" 's X Position is reached. I will demonstrate that a little better with this Image: |

These are the first Pokémon games in ages that I really enjoy. Probably becaue I already loved Ruby/Saphire/Emerald.
Omega Ruby and Alpha Saphire are really well remade games. There are just some things that I don't quite like about them:
Well, all in all i would say its worth its 40 bucks! But Game Freak somehow ran out of ideas. They lost the creativity they have got ages ago. This game is just so good because its a remake. New Pokémon games (like BW2, BW, XY) are so linear. You get to one city, finish the gym leader and switch to the next route and defeat the next gym leader. Up until the 4th generation Pokémon games weren't so regular. It is too easy to complete the Pokédex now. You can catch almost every Pokémon on one version. In order to complete the Pokédex in the 4th generation you needed to trade with Saphire, Ruby, Leaf Green, Fire Red, Diamond/Pearl. Now either X or Y is enough to have it finished (even if there are double as many Pokémon out there now, the time it takes has been quatered) I somehow hate Game Freak for this fuck-up, but still I am happy like a little 9-years-old when the new Pokémon game gets released every year. |

I do it the same way, but usually with more colours (it depends on the kind of tileset). I skip the "draw an outline" part and make the shape of the tiles directly. Also, I add more dark shading beneath the covering (grass, sand, snow, ...) of the tile.
Like this: (right is my change). But I think it is just my preference. Posted by Thierry Still, the result has very big shadows and is a little blurred, but it remembers me of the grassland tileset from NNSMB2. However, it looks far better than |

This Forum looks REALLY great! But there are also some things, i will have to habituate to:
The first thing: I was used, that the first letter of the name "dirbaio" is a little "d", not a big one. Also, the name got written in light-blue, not in blue: The second thing: On Jul, "NSMB-Hacking" was a Sub-Forum, so it was placed second. Now "NSMB-Hacking" is the "Main-Forum". I always click on the wrong button, because I forget: Just wanted to tell the members of this page, since it has a "General" Subforum. And a "General" Subforum is here, to post things like that, isn't it?...Like on Jul? |

You can combine Tile Behavior:
Each pair of numbers holds something special. AA BB CC DD A holds something like an ID/Location. (while door = what tile of the door) (while slope = what tile of the slope) (fences = what tile of the fences) B holds something like (while solid = sand, snow, icy, normal, walljumpable/unwalljumpable, etc...) (while slope = sand, icy, snow, normal, etc...) (anything else = climbable, etc...) C holds the tile type (solid, slope, upside down slope, probably more....) D holds the effect (hurts, turnable-fences, solid from above, other effects probably) With that you can combine everything. You only have to hope, the things you want to combine are in different pairs of numbers I hope you did not know that :D:D |
