Where is the part that shows the end of the demo, thanks for playing? How could we put it in? ASM? That could be useful for people who want to put an expiry on their hack.

An expiry demo! Thats EPIC.
If all files from the final version of NSMB are already in the kiosk demo, you could just import an NMP patch of your hack to the Beta ROM.
Then you should hopefully end up with a game, that has got levels that will expire after some time. Also, you can edit the File in the Beta ROM, that says "Thanks for playing. Play more on the retail version".
Change it to "Thanks for playing. Play the whole game when the final release has come!".

Stop making impossible levels and start making finishable, beautiful levels! They are much cooler and people will love to see such levels. Also, lots of blocks are out of place in that level.

BTW: A little tip when uploading videos. Instead of telling people, they should skip to some point of the video, you could upload a video that has all your fails snipped out.

I always thought of a new Powerup that lets you run as fast as with a starman, but not more. The player should just be incredibly fast.
Could this be implemented easier in comparism to some different ASM hacks?

Background 1 seems to be too complicated. Make it more simple, so it does not use too much 8x8 tiles.
Tilesets should have more blue lightning when it is night. You just made them darker.

Otherwise I like this hack!
Gotta play it in a year.

I took your tileset and added some shading to some tiles. I have also added some tiles.
Tile repetition does not work properly, but meh.

Use the change file button. In the textbox write the file ID of a file inside your ROM you don't need anymore. Then you can use that BG slot.
You need to use NSMBe 5.1, if you want to use that function.

First you need to convert NSBMDs to Wavefront OBJ files. Do this with the program MKDSCM.
Then you can just import the .OBJ to 3DS Max. You can also import to Sketchup using an Object Importer plug-in.

You can get your model back to NSBMD file format using the Nitro Plugin for 3DS-Max or Maya. Have a look on this tutorial: tutorial NSBMD Creation Tutorials & Hacking.

You can also convert Wavefront OBJ files to NSBMD using the latest version of MKDSCM.

I'd rather do it with the Nitro Plugin, because the Converter isn's so well done. You know, it has bugs sometimes.

Activate Sprite 197 using Sprite 168 in combination with a zone.
Then you can create/destroy tiles.

Then try to find a different NSBCA file that does what you need.
There are plenty NSBCA files in the game. I am pretty sure you will find a suitable one.

Is NSMBW already fully hackable, because this hack has got sprites in it that never appeared in the original game IIRC.
