Well, all the files that are used in MvsL are stored in NARCs in the archive/ folder.
There are 6 narc's for MvsL, all beginning with "Dat_". There's one for each level, plus one containing general data. You might want to look at those |

Yay What I did was just treating the whole image section as a single image as a temp hack to see if I could get it working. Now I'll look into parsing the image list to see if I can get every image individually to load It should be easy. Also those unknowns in Treeki's doc probably store image size, format and maybe even palette! So maybe we can get a perfect BNCD editor! Also the palette file for those is not LZ'd. I had to compress it manually to be able to open it. I'll try to make the editor be able to open uncompressed NCLs. |

When it gets triggered, it changes the video mode, erases stuff in VRAM, and other stuff. It isn't even possible to "go back" to the game once the debug screen is triggered. (It's triggered with the OS_Panic() function, or with a hardware exception, like accessing bad memory) |

So time has come to choose the music we will use for the NSMB Community Remix!
I've made an ASM hack that plays streamed music. This means we can use ANYTHING as music! (It's still not finished but it works awesomely! And it doesn't make the game lag at all!) Stuff we can use: For the end credits? The files for the unused levels are not in the file ID tables. So it's impossible to get to them using the area overflow bug.
The total number of level slots available is 185 (Counting the multiple areas). That's a fucking lot, you won't fill it that fast. |

You *might* be able to do that with a zone and some activator sprites.
Make a zone at the right point where if Mario walks into it, the giant spike sprite spawns. Then add a timer, connect it to a block destroyer sprite, and adjust it so that it'll activate when the spike "collides". It could work |
