Look at Sprite 197, it does what you want.
Set the output ID of the switch to the Input ID of the sprite 197. |

You MUST get your friend to dump the ROM! NOW! EDIT: I googled it and they're already dumped. Both U and E demos. Has anyone looked at them to see if they have beta stuff or something? EDIT2: I looked at the U demo in NSMBe. It looks like they made it "on top" of the final ROM, it has everything the final ROM has, plus some extra files for the "seizure warnin g" thing and other crap used in the demo. I don't think it has unused stuff. It has the NARCs for MvsL, even though MvsL isn't playable in the demo. It doesn't have the minigame NARCs though. It probably doesn't have minigame code either, there's a few less overlays (125) vs the retail U rom (131). And it has an annoying timeout that triggers in a few minutes: "Thank you for playing. Continue your adventure in the retail version". BLEH. So yeah, derp. |

This is a problem on your side, not a bug in NSMBe.
Make sure you're doing it properly: - Download the latest build - UNZIP EVERYTHING - double-click NSMBe5.exe Then it should work. |

Well you probably won't want to resize the whole image to 16x16.
NSMB tileset images are 256x112 pixels. So they are made out of 32x14 8x8 tiles, which is the same as 16x7 16x16 tiles. I recommend you create a 256x112 image for your tileset, then resize the tiles you want to import to 16x16 and put them into the tileset image. |
