The castle was made 3 years ago and back then idiot me was like “oh my gosh I want that part.” But couldn’t figure out how stuff worked. The other section, and others weren’t copied pasted, just looked similar by accident. I was so focused on trying to have good level design like Newer Team, but I got carried away and in some bits, forgot about uniqueness. I’ve apologized several times and have removed several sections and replaced them, even ones that nobody has reported and I thought looked like something from Newer. I feel awful about this, and I wanna make it right. Version 1.06 has several replaced sections to hopefully clear this all up. If anyone has anymore sections of concern, let me know. Then tell me why the castle looks exactly the same? It has almost the same sprite data from the database and even the paths are similar except for one. It wouldn't have the same sprite placement if you didn't copy it. |

Uh… it doesn’t? Only that one part was from Newer DS. I created everything else.

Looking at some of the tile patterns it is literally impossible that you "accidentally" recreated these level sections. You can literally put the sections over each other and the tiles match 1:1. I stated that section was from Newer DS though, Ric.

I know that Level design is hard, but was it worth to steal someone's work? That's not only disrespectful to the creator, it's also not nice.

Well years ago, I was an idiot and thought nobody would notice that little section. I had every intention to remove it, but I forgot about it. I never stole entire complete levels, even though some people said I have.

I haven't said that, but okay. Although this guy had stolen more than a section, even some of your levels had he stolen. You're aren't Pikaboy. You did something wrong, but you recognized your mistake. I hope you won't steal levels anymore.

Do not be discouraged I did it and worse before, but I corrected it but I did not give up, so do not give up, you recognize your mistake as vadenimo said, and what did you mean by not continuing to support Mario?
