It is also not clear in the 2-1 green block maze bonus room that there is no floor underneath.

So you should adjust the camera or add floor there too.

You can't see the floor when you enter through the pipe
But this isn't that important.
You don't get stuck.

I like the simple remixes.
But what about boss music? In the original NES version, the castle music carries on, so maybe you should have the boss music be the SMB castle music, but the SNES version had it's own boss music, so maybe you should use that?
What do you think?

Nope. The boss and world map themes have been left intact.

Well, I assume as it's a remake of the NES version of Super Mario Bros., then that's how he chose it to be. There are only 4 different themes in the NES version, hence only those 4 need to be changed.
New Super Mario Bros.: Clone Tag Team 1+2 / New Super Mario Advance + Take 2 / Super Mario: Endless Earth
My two greatest assets have been mental stability and being, like, really smart.

^ That deletion really needs a proper reason ^

As it is now it just looks like the guy gave a particularly negative comment about the hack and you were just "haha nope".

In my opinion, I think:

Some of the level assets from Lost Levels and SMB1 might not work well with NSMB. Try asking Dirby, or if you know to ASM hack make a ASM hack which disable double, and triple jumps and wall-jumps. That way it will fit more into NSMB. But otherwise, I really like the hack and the graphics

I know, and I asked myself this on the course of this hack. However, people complain 'its the same', so I decided to leave the NSMB mechanics. The levels play differently and are easier for the most part to new players.

Also the custom areas make use of them, so I couldn't really take them off.

And thanks for the feedback
