No. This board does not allow linking to or uploading of copyrighted materials.

There are enough places on the internet where you can find what you want. Google is your friend for that.

You know, images don't appear when you simply drag it into the post. Upload them to the boards uploader, imgur or some other halfway descent image hoster.

First, simple questions like this are not worth a thread and should be posted in the general questions thread.

IIRC the snowball has it's own model file but you can't do anything with the texture as it is too small. Replacing the snow ball is only possible with asm hacks.

The snow ball model is stored in the file /enemy/I_yukidama.nsbmd (#1503) and is loaded at 0x16B8 in the overlay 0x52 (at address 0x0217B078 when the overlay is loaded to ram).

You either have a bad rom or a bad patch then. Also be sure that the region of the rom you are using is the same as the region of the patch.

We can't help you if you don't at least show us a screenshot of the level in NSMBe or better upload the level.

This isn't even the section from your video...

And that section looks wrong too. Pipe exit/path node position offset has to be correct for each pup exit direction.
Just use the pipe maze level in world 7 as reference for connected pipes.

These worlds reuse the model files from other worlds.

You can redirect the different models for each world by hex editing overlay 8 following this table:
https://nsmbhd.net/thread/3422-literally-everything-you-need-to-know-about-worldmap-editing/?from=60#50867

There you can also see how world 2 reuses the castle model of world 1.

Recreate the model and rebone it in maya.

Edit: I guess you don't even have to create bones for it as the tree is probably animated via the root bone.

Also it seems like you didn't even place a view? Do that exactly like it's done in retail levels. And then set the view id of the entrance to the one of the view.

Often you can just get your questions answered by looking at the original levels exactly like in this case

Enable JIT and don't use an outdated version.

Also: This is not the desmume support thread. Back to topic.

Looks pretty cool! These blue blocks are pretty nice btw.

Tho I would replace that little Mario head with a red circle with an M in the middle.
Also just a little more contrast on the map could make it look even better.

Of course! Models made for a home console game in 2017 are perfectly suitable for a game made for a portable console in 2006!

Hint: The model of Mario in SMO is almost as large as the entire NSMB ROM.

Then you got a model as good looking as the one already in the game.

And even if you manage to import a new Mario model (which nobody has ever done yet) you would have to create custom code that uses the new animations. And that is pretty much impossible for anybody not into asm hacking.
