Well it will make it kinda easy to farm lives, I mean you actually GAIN those lives by collecting coins in the level, plus the ones you can buy with those coins; You collect 200 coins in levels, which already makes you 2Ups, and you can buy 3 more for the same price, which makes 5 ups for the price of 2. You should disable the 100 coins = 1UP if you haven't already and it should be pretty fair (as long as there's not too much 1ups in the levels themselves)

Concerning other power ups, I don't think the Blue Shell should be more expansive than a Mega Mushroom, I mean it's sure useful (You are basically invincible to normal enemies while ducking so yeah) but the Mega Mushroom is actually a free way to get past a boss that you have difficulties to beat, assuming you can use them in boss fights and that they are harder.
Now if I should suggest price it'll almost be the same thing:

Fire Flower : 150 (pretty fair actually)
3Ups : 250 (Well it's still less than 300)
Mini shroom : 250~300, if it is really useful and rare in your hack it could even be more expansive.
Blue Shell : 250~300, same as the mini.
Mega Shroom : 350~500 As a way to skip a boss, but as I say, it would only be worth it if they are actually harder and that Mega Shrooms cannot be found elsewhere than in the shop.

Where did you learn ASM

I didn't learn ASM.

My whole code is written in C++ and isn't the best. But everything works fine.
I learned somehow by trial and error. I needed weeks until I got a console output.
So as you can see the only thing you need is time and don't give up

The wallpaper looks nice in my opinion.

It looks amazing! Now my opinions on this hack.
1:The Name is sort of strange. When I heard the title, I thought of SML on the Gameboy.
2:A switch palace is a nice throwback! Too bad I can't see a video of it (It also reminds me of Newer Wii)
3:I like the ideal of coins used to buy things in the Toad Houses. But I would also like a idea that you can use star coins to buy things.
4: Lighting: Is it made in ASM or some hex edit? I don't know, but It looks nice!
5: Trailer, I like the trailer (Yes it's a short statement)
6: Spike balls, could be replaced with snowballs.
7: Not sure if you showed the first level or not but at, 2:11, I suggest you put the Peach Castle in the first level.
8: I don't know why a snow level is in world 1.

Keep up the good work! I hope this will become the best hack in the history of NSMB Hacks. (And no NSMB3 Does not count)

Who told you that every Mario games has to start with a Grass World? Sure Nintendo does this since a the first game but at least it makes the hack more original. Also using star coins to buy things is kinda a bad idea IMO as they cannot be collected again (Even tough ASM could do it.)

Wow. It has been a long time (again)

The last days I finally worked on my ASM hacks and today I finished the hack that displays the credit images (from the "demo" folder) as loading screens (kinda like in Newer/Thanks to  Dirbaio for explainig me the loading functions). I made a video of that, but my internet crashes every 10 minutes because of the hot weather here in Germany. Maybe I'll be able to upload it tomorrow.
