Yep, Dirbaio was the one who made that. The Google Code project page is here. He hasn't worked on it for a while as far as I know, though

Yeap. It's a project that's... sleeping. Dunno if I'll finish it someday.

It must be harder to code that, right? I think DS doesn't read .exe and those .ini and .dll

It seems to be creepy to code! Sorry if this's off-topic:

How can you make it?

Yea, it's far harder to code than the PC version, because it has to be made in C/C++, and there are no UI libs that let me make buttons and windows, so I have to create everything myself

woah but how do you insert the levels into NSMB?
like it is a SEPERATE program you know and in the DS only one game card can be inserted excluding the GBA slot.

You run NSMBe off a flash card, which can hold multiple games and applications at once.

Why would you even do that in the first place?

For testing/debugging purposes probably. Aside from that, I can't see reasons...

Yep. Recording an emulator is far easier than recording a real DS.

But im really confused I thought that emulators can only handle one ROM and and NSMBeDS needed NSMB which... its really confusing just saying it in words its hard to explain....

The editor is made to run on a DS, with a flashcart. You put the NSMB rom and the Editor rom in it, and it works.

In the video that is recorded in an emulator, I've set the emulator (desmume) to emulate a flashcard (yes it's possible!) so that I can run the editor ROM and access the NSMB rom. Yea, it's confusing

He,He I did that too, to test things like the sprite data editor...

It gets sooo annoying to have to copy NSMBeDS to your flashcard every time you change something...

Woah is there an option like that in desmume?

I dont really use desmume I just use it for testing alot of things in NSMB.
