iirc levels from TheGameratorT's NSMBe fork are not compatible with normal NSMBe, so that might be the issue.

No,you're right.I tested between diffrent versions of NSMBe and it fails.

Just.....Nobody needs to see that guys, at all. A. Because Kaizo is nowhere near fun in NSMBWii anyway B. It will always turn out ugly, I guarantee so.
Reguarding as to why people may dislike kaizo levels it's probably 2 reasons- not only do they have a tendency of being not as decorated, but also because they absolutely break every traditional Mario level design convention. So people probably see it as just an ugly, bad level as opposed to seeing it as it's own kinda level genre. Just my guess though

I still need to make a tileset, backgrounds, music, and add some indicators but i'm really happy with this level!

(Those grey castle blocks instakill the player, i've yet to texture them. also those switches close the exits off permanently if pressed.)

The instakill tile was supposed to be barbed wire but I fucked up when importing it. Same issues as before, but this level has more cool shit including:

A state of the art midair shell delivery setup using tilegods

Some dope asf camera-facing bullet bill platforms

A snailcorn! (I'll probably get rid of that bit it's stupid)

Overall making kaizo in this game has been a ton of fun
