Well, I didn't modify the toride tiles at all, so getting it to look like NSMBDS's should just be a matter of swapping the textures. Could also send a screenshot if you want.

converted yours to a dae with apicula, imported and modified it in sketchup, exported it as a dae, converted it to an imd using ass2imd, then used g3dcvtr to convert it to a nitro model. The layers are also both perfect squares now instead of broken into pieces but I can't remember if they're 96x96 or 128x128.

That sounds great then. It doesn't sound like you redid the TGA stuff unfortunately but that should be quite simple for me to redo. Please send me the IMD and the NSBMD on discord or something.

What do you mean with "The layers are also both perfect squares now instead of broken into pieces" by the way? do you mean that you made the polygons quads instead of triangles? that was the original intention and it just didn't happen because MKDSCM didn't support it.

there was a reason I didn't do that though. it was to save texture space.
EDIT: fixed the model. I'll take care of the broken flagpole later. I also realized I forgot to do something about the white flag that's supposed to come out of the castle so I'll also take care of that.
