It's in one of the SSAR archives in sound_data.sdat. They also rely on the SWAR archives.
You can preview them with MKDS Course Modifier, and you can edit the SSAR files with an hex editor and the SWAR files with wav2swav and swav2swar. But you'll need to extract your SDAT first, and dump the SSAR, SBNK and SWAR files to get info about them, using Kiwi DS. _________________________ |

/sound_data.sdat > SAR_VS_COMMON_PLAYER_BASE_SE > SE_OBJ_ITEM_APPEAR
This is the sequence of the sound you're talking about. And its wave file is in WAVE_VS_COMMON_PLAYER_BASE_SE.swar archive _________________________ |
