It's official.. LoveROMS and Emuparadise is gone.. Emuparadise still has their ROMs but you can't download them, where LoveROMS is deleted.. Where an I suppose to download ROMs now? ???

Nintendo made a DMCA request that caused a load of ROMs (and GC/Wii ISOs) to disappear from a lot of ROM sites. You still can find them (Google can help you), but that's a lot difficult nowadays.

You can also buy the games and dump them with your 3ds...

Or use other dump tools for non-DS systems.

As long as you have an US gamecart yes. All dumped ROMs should be identical. In rare cases there might be some differences in the rom header, mostly the secure area. Those don't matter to NSMBe's patcher but mess up xdelta.

Better yet, I have the rom INSTALLER from LoveRoms. Is it okay to upload the installer? This installer installs the rom on your PC. No viruses and %100 works.

I still think that Nintendo can try to shutdown all ROM download pages but Google will always be one step ahead.
Everyone with access to the internet and Google can find those ROM's still easily.
Although I don't understand why they shutdown old ROM downloads (they aren't making any money with these after all and the DMCA's might have cost them a lot of money)

Nintendo already requested takedowns back last year, so I really don't understand why they struck every part of EP when it wasn't their property. Plus Nintendo wonder why they have so many pirates yet they make no damn effort to rerelease old classics and when they do it's overpriced and fairly poorly emulated in comparison to Nestopia UE/FCEUX...

If Nintendo got their way every time it would be impossible to play more than the top 40 "popular classics". Hidden gems, the lore of Taiwanese multicarts and much more would be lost forever.

I live in a PAL region, where the NES sold fairly poorly, and we missed a lot of games...

I might register a domain at reg.ru, get some Russian hosting and then give a huge fuck you to Nintendo, they wouldn't be able to take it down since Russia and reg.ru give no shits about it haha
