so i was trying to recreate NSMBWII in NSMBDS and the first problem i run into is that in 1-3 there is no second area for me to make the Undergoround spot in the level

And I was wondering if anyone knows how i could add another area or if it is possible.

You are not able to do that.

Tho you are able to use the area overflow "bug" to get into areas of other levels. IIRC there is a tutorial for it in the tutorials section.

How are you going to recreate NSMBWii on the DS? The Ds doesn't have %70 of the sprites that the wii uses.

You don't necessarily have to add more areas or use the overflow bug. You can just add multiple views in one area.

Wrong. You can't have both views use different tilesets without asm hacks. So yeah, the area overflow bug is your friend. There doesn't seem to be anything about it in the tutorial section so use tye search button instead.

Goombation Where did you get that image in your first post from?

i got it from my official NSMBWii Guide Book (it got a little torn) there overall pretty cheap right now.
