I think i'm just gonna start my ROM hacking endeavours with a short hack called New Super Mario Bros MORE (a reference to the original name for SMG2)

it's kind of odd though. Nintendo would normally try to get all their games taken down, if not directly attack the ROM site.

so it looks like it's rather the site itself trying to be morally better by only having the games you can't buy anymore (excluding second-hand physical copies).

the latest version lets you resize the window. as for the audio, not much you can do, alas.

possible alternatives, though:
* desmume with JIT (see in emulation options, iirc)
* NeonDS, but it has no sound

hey dude, how about you try experimenting things or googling, instead of constantly asking questions that can be answered with a few minutes of basic research at most?

it's the third time in a row in this thread that you're asking a basic question like that. sorry if I sound like a dick but I don't have a lot of patience for people who sit and wait to be spoonfed.

as an example:
how do I make the screen bigger?

first thing I would do would be trying to resize the window. it's not rocket science hard.

I get what you mean, and i'm real sorry, but the window wouldn't resize, I tried, I'm not braindead.

oh. wasn't aware which version you tried. the window does resize in the latest version.

anyway, in these cases, telling us "I tried X and it didn't work" really helps. it gives more information about your problem, and you don't come out as a noob waiting to be spoonfed.

Go in the settings and select the jit option.

If you're unable to find the JIT option, go to Config -> Emulation Settings, and then tick "Use dynamic recompiler". Then click OK. Now you enabled JIT in DeSmuME, the emulation should be faster now.
