You realize you can't just take an object from NSMB2 and port it to NSMB DS.
There's someway you could copy and retexture the original Fire Flower, and edit it's code though.
Nevertheless, it would be very hard to and would require alot of ASM.

READ READ READ THIS UPDATE IS VERY IMPORTANT! 95% sure that THIS is going to happen.
There will be a 9th world. "But Sky, that's all hardcoded and impossible to add a 9th world." Now wait, I have thought up a plan. At the ending cutscene where Bowser Jr is pulling Bowser, there will be a text stating: "Thank you for playing! Password:*******" You write this down and there will be a SECOND .nmp file for download here. It will be a 1 world hack. (The 9th world) That file will be password protected, and it's the same password shown in the ending! Clever huh? World 9 will have 8 challenging levels, perfect for truly topping this hack. Think of it as a DLC of some sort that can only be unlocked by beating the original game.
