If the level is made in NSMB DS, then you can post it here. It doesn't matter whether it's a remake of a level from another game, as long as you made it in NSMB DS. * Camera won't go up, and glitches, which is annoying
* Those pipes create an enemy mess, bad design * What do the red rings do if they don't make coins appear? * Requires you to use a mini mushroom, bad design. What about if you get a powerup, say from your item slot, AFTER having taken the mini mushroom? You can't continue. * Castle with a pipe atop it? * When entering the underground area, red coins activating out of nowhere?! wtf * You exit the zone by... jumping into the void?! With no indication at all that you're supposed to do that? Most players are going to assume this is a dead end, and try to come back to the area's entrance. * Unreachable powerup -> not cool. And more enemy mess. That does NOT make the game challenging. It just makes it frustrating. * The part made of wooden blocks looks lazy. You'd better use ground. That came out from just watching your level. You need to improve your design. _________________________ Kuribo64 - zrghij |

Instead of just sitting there, why don't you make an effort to improve your design? A really cool hack could come out of some hard work

This is a very late response but I just read it and feel the need to respond. Posted by Mega-Mario * Requires you to use a mini mushroom, bad design. What about if you get a powerup, say from your item slot, AFTER having taken the mini mushroom? You can't continue. I completely disagree that that is bad design. The setup near the mini pipes clearly shows that the mini mushroom is required to continue, and the only way to prevent yourself from continuing is by doing it purposely. As a level designer, I'm not going to go out of my way to prevent those kinds of instances and I wouldn't expect someone to do the same. ♪♫♩♬ |

I'd also like to add that if there is for instance, an area that requires use of the Mini Mushroom be set to appear on the Bottom Screen thus disabling Touch Screen power-ups, just as the original game did.
