Sadly no You will have to do that manually in Sketchup or whatever 3D modelling tool.

Open up a MKDS rom in MKDS Course Modifier
Go to Course Folder
Search for the 2 Rainbow Road files with a .carc extension.
Right click the files and replace them with the files you just downloaded.

Done

 ray, have you figured out how to make some faces not render, saving the DS's VRAM? Like the faces underneath the track, or inside objects?

It's called backface culling. Culling is controlled by a couple bits in polygon attributes.

Also it doesn't reduce the VRAM usage, only the render time.

In fact it is only needed if you use backfaces. For the rainbowroad custom track it isn't needed.
