What about the contest levels that used the HSDB/normal grassland?

We will rebuild them, if we decide to use them.

If we use them, could I take care of rebuilding?

The maker rebuilds his level, unless he really has no time or just does not care about his level being in the contest.
Then anybody else rebuilds it.

To be serious, I was too lazy to download your .NMT and import it to NSMB to look at it.
I won't add a tileset that I have never seen to the list. Please understand that.
Adding a picture to your post helps.

No. We decided to use the Autumn Grasland Tileset as only Grassland Tileset. Why should we use two different types of grassland?

Variety? I'll be honest, I haven't looked at either in a long time, but if they're different enough there shouldn't be a problem with both unless you're short on slots.

Screenshot of the tileset. (It's the same one as before)

It's not in the list because it's not a very good tileset, for quite a few reasons.
- It is flat gray. No colors at all...
- You fell into the trap of "pillow-shading". Tiles look too flat, they don't have lighting and volume.
- Lacks lots of blocks...

IMO you have to improve the tileset a fucking lot before it can be included. As it is now, a level made with it would'nt look good enough
And I think others agree with me.

We have the HSDB Grassland, the Autumn Grassland and the Hilly Tileset (some sort of grassland too)
Its like every level in World 1 uses different grassland tilesets. This just is not good.

We won't have worlds. Blah blah. We can have lots of grassland levels if we want.
So yeah I think TRS is right, we should add both tilesets

Fine. I think I don't understand the "realistic" and "3D" effect yet...

If you use Photoshop like me you can use styles for shadeing.

We can't use any of that tileset, unfortunatley.

Nobody here made those trees or gave credit, and the NSMBW tileset is very unoriginal, and yeah, not made by us.

I have to agree. While there are bits of original tilesets in the current ones, they're just that: original NSMB graphics. Everything that's not original NSMB should be completely custom.

NSMBW tilesets are boring.

I think that your tileset can become better if you change the NSMBW tileset to a custom tileset, and the NSMB bush too. <_<

But the trees are beautiful.

Would anyone mind if I make a combination of the Desert and Ruins tilesets? I'm working on a Desert-Ruins area.

Desert Ruins Tileset

Replaces Tilesets 24 and 25.

Have a video showcasing the tileset:
