What all uses the UI_O_1P_game_in_o_ud_ncl palette? I'm planning on modifying some of the colours but I don't wanna mess anything up.

Just try all of the UI_O_1P_game_in NCG files and find the one that fits. In this case it's UI_O_1P_game_in_u_ncg.bin

Yeah but multiple sprites use it, like the mario clear text and the score sprites.

then add those files too. if anything breaks you know that the thing that broke used the palette. just export every file before you replace them as backup just in case and you'll be good.
