Please just use the NSMB Original ROM as Base ROM and not any bad Rom Hack as Base ROM, it's better! And don't use any Newest Team Hacks as Base ROM.

Well You actually said that Newer DS is bad :p. Did you read main post correctly or not?

Use just the Original ROM of NSMB, Newer DS don't Released the Tool yet and you can't edit all the Levels because some Levels are specially programmed and therefore they can not be edited and i never said Newer DS is bad, i love this Hack.

What Mario_TV means is that some stages are coded in a specific way that if edited by a regular editor, it would crash the game upon loading it. These stages are for example, the Minecart stages and the windy stage in World 8.

But if edited with newer SMB editor can be edited. I already tried with my old hack and they work perfectly fine. Also the Minecart is a sprite and the rest is a tileset.

you can totally edit the minecart stages. it's just so much of a pain that it's not worth it

Infact I don't think I will include Minecart stages. They are hard to make as you said

I'd like to make a Halo hack of Newer DS and retexture the minecart into a warthog. After the final boss like in Halo 3, you ride the warthog and escape destruction lol
