Well, taking a break from NSMBU DS, I decided to cook up a little something...
Introduction This Mod will turn world 1 of the original NSMB DS into a fall themed world! 8 new exciting rethemed levels await, along with several fancy tilesets, backdrops, music and more! Images of the Mod    Since the project is still in it's early stages, it doesn't have much to provide for screenshots. Materials -[Newer] Autumn Theme - Autumn Theme (Dirbaio) Music -Cavi Cape Theme (Mario And Luigi: BIS) -Original tracks More details This hack is a 1 world hack and provides 8 new levels, including new MvsL stages as well! And here's the cool part; The rest of the original game is still completely playable! So, if you're ever getting bored of the original, plug in that R4 and play the Mod! Or play the new MvsL stages with a friend! Download With all this excitement that I built up for the person that just read all this...well... the project isn't finished. But stay tuned! It will be released soon! -Skylander Levels Complete: 5/8 Disclaimer:Even though it says how many levels are done, some levels may get deleted and redone for top quality and fun level gameplay. Last Updated: 6/26/18 As of 11/20/18,Super Mario Fall Fiesta is no longer being worked on. I have no time for it. NSMBU needs all the attention I can give it. I'll keep the ROM and maybe release whatever levels are done, but for now, it's cancelled. they aren't. Dirbaio might give the OK easily enough, though, considering CR is dead and all.

Also I don't like that he just took it without even bothering. Sorry I missed the concerns. I found the tileset up for download here:
https://nsmbhd.net/thread/774-tileset-list/ I thought it was free to use since it was posted. I can take it down if you want Also, I thought the autumn thing was only used in Newer DS. And since it's easy for beginners for world 1, I made my mod a little challenging. I am trying to apply some different things here and make it at least a little different. There is a little something that I will add, and it's that I will add the Cavi Cape theme to it since it seems fitting. Y'know, from Bowser's Inside Story! And in Super Mario Bros. - The New Worlds (which you obviously didn't play which is a shame) and also a lot of other smaller hacks. In my opinion it's just really hard to make a good autumn world with these hacks showing how to do it before. nearly, I dunno.. one third to half of recent hack used autumn for world 1, and many used the NewerDS tileset so it's getting stale quick.
the idea isn't bad, but considering it's already been done within full hacks, making a little hack only for the autumn theme is pretty dull by now. |

I don't really mind the autumn theme as long as the levels are good tbh. As for the community remix tileset, I'd say remove it even if you get permission. Seeing as the Newer DS tileset is used in other levels, it's weird to have different tilesets used for a same theme. It's just for consistency but I think it would be better that way.

I'm trying to use all the different graphics and put it in one place. I used the other tileset because I didn't want it to be completely Newer DS tilesets, as that would get boring after a level or 2. Trying to mix stuff up here

If all you want is variety you could just make a few levels that aren't autumn themed.
