Thanks! I was hoping to get this done by the end of the year, but so much stuff has came up, and I have a few issues that might take a while to resolve. I'm not worried, really. Reason being is that the longer you work on something, the better it will be, and the more enjoyable it will be.

So you have a one world-demo too. Can be moved after you removed the stone blocks and the jyotyu tileset I made and didn't give you the permission to use.

I played your levels, they need a lot of polishing that I can say so far but luckily I didn't find any gamebreaking bug or smth else that's already a huge plus for a first demo.

I forgot about the stone wall. My apologies. Will be removed next update of the demo. About the Jyotyu, I had so much trouble with Mero Mero's Tileset working, and I could not for the life of me learn how to do ASM. I thought SMC2 had Mero Mero's in it so that's why I took it. I didn't know that you made that on your own.

Anyway, so many apologies about that. Suprised that there wasn't any bugs. That is Awesome! Yes, I do agree that the levels need more spiffying. 1-4 use to be just trash. A level with the drawbridges. So I demolished it and started that over. Kinda used the idea for that from 1-A from NSMB2.

Version 1.02 is live. Removed Arceus's Wall real quick.
Will work on the Jyotyu later. It covers many files and I didn't have the time right now.

Now I have some
suggestions for improvement on your hack:

Music:
Maybe you could add more music,
For example:
Beach Theme and Athletic Theme

Tilesets
For example,
at World 1-3,
an Athletic Tileset would fit
If you serach NSMBU Rip-Ofs
then click here

Backgrounds
Well,
I think the NSMBW Top Background
is ok but the W1 Tower Secret Exit Background does not look good

Conclusion

This hack is quite
okay but it needs to be improved so that the hack is in too NSMB Hacks
moved but otherwise your hack is okay

Trust me, I have tons more music in the full hack. The beach isn't done yet. I have snow overworld, Desert, and much more. Yes, the backgrounds will be swapped. Also, the Athletic themes and tilesets, I do have. The music I had issues with, and if you played 1-5, I do have the tileset.

There's also a small swap I did in the full version. I swapped world 4 and 5! Still working on it but it will be great!

Will there be a ninth world?

Sadly, no. If you look at a thread posted a long time ago, it would be VERY VERY VERY difficult to add one. With that being said, nearly impossible. And if anyone would've done it, Newer Team would've with Newer DS, which they didn't, which implies on how hard it is.

Trust me, I wish I could add a ninth world. I have tons of ideas for one.

Been a while since I have given an update of any sort, and today I had time to work on my hack.
Here's a screenshot of one of the interesting features of NSMBU DS



As you can see, it's the haunted ghost ship just like in the original Wii U game! Water is included
and instead of your normal spooky-ish haunted house, I will be doing some puzzles. My own little gimmick.
