I think i did something wrong. I'm creating my own hack Which is [Classified information] So i cleared out 1-1 completely. Everythings in place but i had a problem making my level start. I looked at the other levels and found out the other levels had progress paths. and that vertical 198. Once i did it and i still couldn't get the level starting. It just ends up black. Any ideas? Can you send us the level?
We can't do a lot of things if you don't send it, but some of my levels sometimes crashed when I removed some sprites 198 and 199. And if you removed a progress path, I think it could crash. |

One of the things that I dont like to do when creating a level is to erase everything because of fear this might happen.
I usually erase everything except the view, the entrance (and an object and sprite) _________________________ |

Maybe you placed 198/199 not high enough for the view so the viewable zone is too small. Then the game maybe crashes. Only a suggestion I dont really know o.O

Lack of scroll control sprites and/or lack of progress paths DONT make a level crash. Never ever.
I guess your problem is wrong starting entrance ID, or wrong view ID in the entrance. |

A video isn't good enough for us to determine a problem. We need a download link to the level so people can look specifically for the problem.
