@Riki Hino, for converting that obj model, you need the gericom's mario kart ds course modifier(has a OBJ->NSBMD and a NSBMD->OBJ tool)

i don't know where to download it even his never update the editor, maybe you can upload your current mkds editor to uploader?

Hmmm... the .png doesn't seem to import well into the tileset. This is a colour limitation issue in the palette. I could fix that for you if you like.
