well, I want you to help me, because I really is with the word I hate, "ASM", I wanted to do something with the "overlay 9_8", and edit the decompression, but since I got bored looking for the code to save anywhere I left it like that and then today when I play one of the minigames this bunch of Shit came out for some reason, you know how to fix it I never edited anything but my game has a bit of ASM that Skylander incorporated into it, everything worked fine until I unzipped the Overlay 9_8

I don't know anything about overlays, but I do know that most of the ASM hacks on here that Skawo and Mero Mero have made were meant for NSMB hacks that didnt include minigames/mvsl stages. Though, I don't think any of the ASM hacks I gave you should've graphically effected this.

Have you compressed it back and reimported it? Everytime you decompress a file, it needs to be compressed again after editing

None of your ASM hacks did anything fortunately , but I did unzip the overlay, I will re-import it from a copy of NSMBTNL to see, although it only happens in that minigame, I have seen several hacks that have had this problem like ASMB

Did you compress it back though? If you decompress it a second time it'll get worse

I select compress LZ and it damaged more, it did not show the map, by the way NSMBU DS had that problem, how did you solve it

It did? I don't recall it having that issue.

I'd try importing a fresh overlay from a fresh rom, or a backup and remember the rule: When you decompress it, you have to compress it back

What are you trying to LZ compress/decompress? Overlay9_8?

well select unzip overlay to do the ASM hack that Traineeluigie did to save anywhere, well I left it like that and I saw the problem then I asked Skylander told me to compress it and it got worse, it did not show the map was blocked in black, there was selected compress LZ, also unzip it from an old copy of NSMBTNL and imported it and the map was not showing either and the minigame went wrong, although i think poudink mentioned some of this in the hil of NSMBU DS, Skylander had 5 minigames damages, and he fixed it I don't know how, but poudink maybe know

In the copy you gave me, I had time to test it as a Beta tester you remember?, well I have 2 options:

1.i Leave it like that (easier), I only affect that minigame, the others work

2.Eliminate the minigames (More difficult)

Which should I choose?
