You need to open the MIDI in a MIDI editor, and add the "loopStart" marker at the beginning and the "loopEnd" marker at the end.

You didn't name your cues correctly. They should be "loopStart" and "loopEnd" but you named them "Loop start:0:00:000" and "Loop end:0:44:076". That's why it's not looping.
