Please do a simple explanation to ASM as well as how to hack it because I want to add Save at anytime ASM

if you only want to add a "Save anytime" code hack, you can ignore the link above. Here are the steps you need to follow:
Find the code hack here: https://nsmbhd.net/thread/2569-misc-patches-thread/#37709
Using a compatible version of NSMBe (like this one), decompress the specified overlay (it'll be in the Overlay9 folder). In this case, that's Overlay 8.
Open your rom in an hex editor like HxD.
Search for the specified strings and replaced them with the corresponding strings in the Replace with column.
Save and you're done.
