The download is not yet made public.
However, there is a download link there, and it just leads to the website shown in screenshot. Can you remove it first? It is a bit misleading.

No one has really made an ASM hack to add him in, and I doubt it's going to happen (at least anytime soon...).

Good luck adding Cappy, although maybe you could physically change mario's model so at least his cap looks like him but it wouldnt work Nice odyssey rips dude but I'm guessing the rat doesn't move, right? you could replace an enemy with that |
