hi! I need some help, I'm trying to edit the mario vs. luigi icons and needed to know what palette and 2d image file they're in for my NSMB3 and also needed to know if anyone could change the title pic to my pic

That title pic has way too many colours to work. There's a maximum of 16 colours allowed for the palette file. Also, it's probably not going to be a good idea to name your hack New Super Mario Bros. 3, because it'll just be overshadowed by SKJmin's hack that has the exact same name.
