IMO it would be quite useful if there was a dashed line for water/lava/poisoned water trough the whole view. Blue for water, red for lava and purple for poisoned water. I would really like that, because I often have to go back to the start of the level to look on which height the sprite is placed

So over the years,  Freeze and I noticed, that names of sprites and lots of sprite settings that were already known have been edited to stuff which is just painful to see.
I have seen quite a lot of stuff that is described as "unknown" even though it was described as KNOWN with a good description before. And the explanations of some sprites are just plain bullshit. One sprite had the description "Will make it rise, then lower" for ID 1 and "Will make it rise but has to be activated again to lower" for ID 2. That's completely retarded.


It's not only a contradiction itself, but also completely wrong.
The name ID1 and ID2 are wrong too. In the past we ALWAYS had Input ID and Output ID for it, which were absolutely fitting. Now it's just confusing.
Additionally I absolutely hate that some sprite names got changed to japanese names like the eel. It now is called "unagi" and I hate it so much. It's just pain to make levels when names are getting changed and you are getting crazy because you think the sprite disappeard until you notice its some japanese name now.
Whoever made all those changes, please stop with it. It's just stupid.

Just because there's 10 million more posts in some crappy hack thread doesn't mean that people don't care about your hack. And as you can see on this thread, there are other people that still do care and are waiting to play your finished hack and give you feedback on it. Also, it's not like people don't care abot you either. You have the second highest karma.

Though, it's up to you to make the final decision.

Wrong. It works if they aren't in the view. His problem is the PLAYER-VIEW.
Sprites, which are outside of a level-view, get still noticed by the game as if they were in the view. But that is only possible with a distance of 3 blocks. So if the Sprite is more than 3 blocks out of the view, the game doesn't detect it. Same for the player-view. If you would place the player on the switch, it's impossible to see the falling coins, since they are MORE THAN 3 blocks out of the player-view. He should just move them a bit down and it should work.
