As the title says i editied 1-Castle and now for some reason the boss music doesnt play, any sugestions? (No i didnt change the music)

Did you edit sound sets? This might be the problem, as you might've overloaded the sound heap

Did you change the background on the level? The boss music will only play if the castle background is in the level. For some reason, Nintendo coded it that way

it is not necessary to do this to make it happen, it happened to me in NSMBTNL in beta 3 for only changing the background of the castle but not the battle, but it should be fixed with the ASM of the skawo for the boss music
