Well what happens is that I recently installed Windows 10 on my PC but every time I try to run NSMBe it tells me that I need .Net Framework 3.5 and well I don't have internet to download a certain resource so I wanted to know if I can fix it with a CMD or something?
My PC is x64 Help me, please _________________________ The star project that shows my brilliant mind |

You have to install the .net framework and cmd isn't going to make it spawn out of thin air. You're going to have to download it one way or another, possibly using the same method you used to get NSMBe on there without Internet. Weird that you didn't already have it though, thought it was bundleware.
