Providing the level could help here because at the moment, I don't really know what you mean.
What "ended" exactly? The level itself, the progression on the minimap? Have you checked no other path with id 2 exists? _________________________ Super Mario Bros. - The New Worlds | Full release Super Mario Castle 2 | Full release Super Mario Castle 3 | Full release My Youtube channel |

I got it, a route must be made with 2 points neither more nor less, that's why that happens to you, because when placing 3 or more points in Mario's progress route when he ends a point is returned, when more than 2 is placed pointsiswhen it is a dorrie and floruga and pipe connection, but this is not usually the case because they use the normal or white paths in the editor, and progress uses the purple ones

Question: why does the path continue to go on, despite of existing a blank space there? You need to create other view and other path for the different part of the level.

no, that will create more problems, each view has a configured route, what he did was something idiotic that's all, but since he did not know, I do not blame him, you just make a route for each view and voila, for whichheshould not doe a path for ghost house, bonuses and secret exits, that's up to you, sorry for the late answer, because I thought you read this

But you need to put a different path ID number in ever single path (in the level order)

Yes, and another tip: don't do "S" paths, because it goes wrong almost every time.

When you do a Path like:
______________________ | | ______________________ °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°| °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°| ______________________ It's a bit strange but I think you can understand (a path in a shape of an S) |
