why does an error show up when I make a new nsbhd in MKDSCE?

don't use MKDSCE. not only is it an extremely outdated version of MKDSCM, MKDSCM is itself almost completely obsolete and has been replaced by much better tools such as ass2imd and the nnd Blender plugin.
