Hi, I'm new to the forum. I just wanted to know: how can I rip backgrounds from NSMBW and import them into NSMB? Sorry for my bad English but I am Italian

to rip them, I don't know. to import them into NSMB seperate the background into two layers, resize the background to 512x512 and make sure it tiles correctly. then, import the front layer into a Top BG slot and the back layer into a Bottom BG slot using NSMBe and hope it doesn't look terrible. I highly recommend using TheGamerator's NSMBe 5.3 which allows reallocating tiles from the bottom background to the top background. You'll have less tiles for the bottom background but they generally use less tiles than the top background anyway.
