Im making a mario recolor, im editing the fire mario part, but when i go to mario_head_cap_LZ.bin its only mario default cap texture and a few eye blinking textures, but theres no fire mario cap texture:

How do i solve this?

Have you clicked the "16 Color" checkbox in the pallet viewer?

please stop misleading him, the eye palettes are obviously not meant for the head cap.

this was asked before already. as it turns out, n_mario_head is a huge palette that you cannot quite see in NSMBe. you can preview and edit colors by hand if you figure what row is for which powerup. ctrl + leftclick to rgb-edit the color in the palette.

you'll need to restrain yourself to few colors to make this easy enough, though. shouldn't be too noticeable on DS resolution anyhow.

The hat palette is swapped in code and cannot be viewed with the bitmap in NSMBe.
