Hey guys
I was looking through the USA Manual, and I noticed that the bottom screen of the over world looks different than the official one. Is the manual showing beta pictures of NSMB? |

It's very possible. Manuals often have screenshots from beta versions of the game. They must start making the manual early and just never change the screenshots.

Yes they are. IIRC, there is a pic in the manual that shows a beta bottom screen, the one that has 3 items to store, and a beta design of the progress path.
Also that pic looks interesting, as it has the final biomes of the worlds for the icons. _________________________ |

It's true... they make the manual before development is done sometimes. I used to work at the company that made the Nintendo Power Strategy Guides, and sometimes we did manuals. We didn't do this manual though! We DID do the Nintendo Power guide for NSMB. You can even find my name in the credits in the front flap

Hmmmmmm Nintendo makes manuals before the final product like with the SM64DS's manual look some pages through and you will find a unused purple bunny...

Sorry for the bump, but can someone post a high-quality image (photo or scan) of both screens, not just the bottom one?
And maybe others, if there are other pre-release screenshots apart from that one? |

In SM64DS Manual it shows a purple rabbit! I heard about the Waluigi rumors. So Waluigi was in the game?
