I used the Mario Clone climbing vine. So, I guess it's a double cherry. This is what I mean't by "new powerups" there is a red ? block, which later you can choose what you get out of it, there is the double cherry, and thats it.

Looks ok. But it seems to be structured like the original Tower. That's not so good

You can still see them in the minimap, and seeing as it appears you haven't altered the Sprite Sets it's just going to make your level feel like it was constructed a lot like the original level.
