Guys, how do I beat level 8-7? I speed run to the end and then the lava engulfs the final platform, no matter how fast I go. I even did the mini-mushroom in the pipe trick.

Each level was tested before the release and 8-7 is a bitch of a level but it's possible to beat. Just keep trying, I guess. Try going into it equipped with a good item so you can take a few hits while dashing through the falling rocks. New Super Mario Bros.: Clone Tag Team 1+2 / New Super Mario Advance + Take 2 / Super Mario: Endless Earth My two greatest assets have been mental stability and being, like, really smart. |

Who in the FUCK made 8-7? It wasn't even playtested. It's PHYSICALLY impossible to beat. I can prove it with tas. I'm trying to TAS this, but 8-7 is such a poorly designed stage, it basically might cost me this entire run. Shame on whoever made it.

Don't use Mini Mario. Use fire or shell Mario so you can run through the falling rock without stopping.

Problem is; with mini-mario you can do a skip in the final level, which would help, since this is a TAS. Oh well.
